This SPECIAL EVENT HALOOWEEN PALACIO DE VELARDE INQUISITION EXPERIENCE will be held on October 28, 29 and 31 and November 1, 2023.

The screenings will begin at 7:00 p.m. each day. A pass will be made every 60 minutes.

It is essential to buy the ticket online and present the receipt at the reception of the Palacio de Velarde.

It is mandatory to be at the palace 10 minutes before each screening.

Entry is not recommended for highly susceptible or suggestible people, or for people with heart, respiratory or psychological conditions.

Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter.

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to enter with bags, backpacks, umbrellas or any other element that hinders movement. They can be delivered at the beginning of the tour for the staff to keep.

The use of a mobile phone during the show, as well as recording or taking photos, is prohibited.

The use of flashlights, matches or any other lighting element unrelated to the objects inside the show is prohibited.

It is forbidden to touch the actors of the show without their consent.

If any player feels unwell during the show and needs to leave the course saying the emergency word “Merry Christmas” to any actor, the palace staff will be notified to remove that person from the course. It should be noted that it is an emergency measure, once the show is left you cannot re-enter.
