This SPECIAL HALLOWEEN PALACIO DE VELARDE INQUISITION EXPERIENCE event will be held on October 28, 29, 31, and November 1, 2023.

The screenings will begin at 7:00 PM each day. There will be one screening every 60 minutes.

It is essential to purchase the ticket online and present the receipt at the Velarde Palace reception.

It is mandatory to arrive at the palace 10 minutes before each showing.

Entry is not recommended for highly susceptible or suggestible individuals, or for those with heart, respiratory, or psychological conditions.

Entry is not permitted to persons under 18 years of age.

Pets are not allowed.

Bags, backpacks, umbrellas, or any other items that hinder movement are not permitted. These items can be handed in at the start of the tour for safekeeping by staff.

The use of mobile phones during the show, as well as recording or taking photos, is prohibited.

The use of flashlights, matches, or any other lighting equipment other than those used in the show is prohibited.

It is forbidden to touch the actors in the show without their consent.

If any guest feels ill during the show and needs to leave the tour, saying the emergency word “Merry Christmas” to any of the actors will notify the palace staff to remove them from the tour. It should be noted that this is an emergency measure; once the show has left, guests are not allowed to re-enter.
